Our Century 21 team consists of experienced real estate professionals who are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals. She's worked on all kinds of projects for clients from Universal Studios' Super Nintendo World to homes all over the SouthBay. She specializes in 3D visuals, creates all necessary plans specific to each city's permitting requirements, and anything else design related.

Here are a few things to consider:
Selling: If you're selling, you'll typically pay off your existing mortgage with the proceeds from the sale. Sometimes, if the sale price doesn’t cover the remaining mortgage balance, you might need to bring additional funds to close the sale.
Buying: When buying a new property while still having a mortgage, you can use the sale proceeds, savings, or additional financing to cover the existing mortgage and potentially qualify for a new mortgage on the new property.
Investment: Your current property may have appreciated in value, you might have equity that can be leveraged for a down payment on an investment property. You could consider refinancing your existing mortgage or applying for a home equity loan/line of credit to access this equity.
However, it's essential to consider potential penalties for early repayment or clauses in your mortgage agreement that might affect your ability to sell or buy. Consult with a financial advisor or your mortgage lender can provide clarity on your specific situation and help you navigate this process smoothly.
